We used a majority of polyester in this short for performance and dry times but with the added bonus of it being easy to recycle. So if your Sun Dog short ever does reach the end of its very long and happy life you can send it back to us for recycling, supporting a circular economy.
Whats a Sun Dog?

A sun dog is an atmospheric optical phenomenon that consists of a bright spot to one or both sides of the Sun. Two sun dogs often flank the Sun within a 22° halo making a beautiful and magical circle around the sun.
The refraction of sunlight is caused by ice crystals in the atmosphere which act as prisms, bending the light rays passing through.

Its pull-on knit waistband with super soft 4-way stretch fabric makes all the turns, berms, hills, and holy-$#!*’s feel like anything but a stretch.

A goldilocks mid-length that stops right above the knee, it’s long enough to brush off a few tumbles but short enough for cruising-to-town continuity when the laps lead to the pub. We use this short for everything -riding of course, but also hiking, trail running, gardening, and even surfing!

This short was designed with women in mind but as you can see men love it and rock it too!

These shorts have changed my life!

I've worn these for every bike ride since purchasing them and I'm not sure I'll ever wear another pair again. I'm obsessed. They are stretchy enough to maneuver around in and the waistband is soft and smooth like butter and won't cut into your stomach. These shorts make wearing a hip pack comfortable again. The color is perfection, as well!

Perfect mountain biking shorts

LOVE! True to their size guide. Super comfortable. Love the waist. I wore them twice this past weekend DH biking and had zero issues!

Best shorts ever!! Great for biking or even just wearing around! I got a size 8 and am 5’7” and 140, and they fit great especially with the drawstring, even with liners underneath.
