We are a small team of just a few humans, a couple ducks, two cats (one basically feral) and a border collie, and while we do our best to process orders in 1-3 business days sometimes Gronk (the duck) gets behind. We appreciate your patience with us as we grow!

We offer free shipping on orders over $100! Under $100 or if you are alerady using a discount code you do pay a discounted shipping rate. We will send you an email as soon as your order has left our HQ (garage) with tracking info.

We know it's always hard to figure out your size in a new brand so please do visit our size and fit page to try your best. Returns can be super hard on a small business but want you to find your right Creature size so we will handle free (domestic only) returns.
