We want you to find your right Creature size. Returns aren’t easy on a small business, but we’d always rather sort it out than have you stuck with something that doesn’t fit. If something isn’t working, we’ll make it right.

We offer full refunds to your original payment method, exchanges for a different size or color, or store credit in the form of a gift card.

The fun stuff...

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, tag-on, with no ferret hair.
• A $6 processing fee is deducted from refunds to cover shipping and handling, but exchanges are always free.
• Limit of 2 exchanges per order

How it works

1. Start your return through our returns portal.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid label
3. Drop it off and you’re done — we’ll handle the rest
